Bookings & Conditions

Bookings can be taken over the phone or by post using the attached form.
You will normally receive written confirmation of your booking within 2 weeks of receipt. Due to group sizes, early booking is advisable for all activities. This will insure that we can provide the necessary equipment and/or accommodation that is needed for your course/holiday.

Accommodation is normally basic B&B or Hostels. If you require alternative accommodation, Scotpeak will be happy to make the necessary bookings (an extra payment may be required). If you wish to arrange your own accommodate then we will reduce the fee.
Scotpeak recommends Sportcover Direct for sports leisure, holiday and travel insurance.

Outdoor activities are potentially hazardous and dangerous. Scotpeak will minimize the risk to the client but the client will be responsible for his/her safety & actions.

Conditions

Bookings of less than £100 require full payment at time of booking.
If greater than £100, 30% must be paid as a deposit.
Payment balances are due 4 weeks prior to the date of the activity.
Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone or e-mail, in writing, but can not be confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellation and refunds are available with prior notice, you are required to give Scotpeak 21 days notice prior to the activity and any expense incurred by Scotpeak will be debited from your payment.
All activities / costs are subject to a minimum group size.
Scotpeak reserves the right to withdraw and change any activity.
Gift Vouchers are normally not refundable.
Transport can be provided from local pick up points by arrangment.
All activities return times are approximate.
