Scotpeak’s team building events will develop skills in planning, development, implementation, monitoring / reviewing projects and develops collaboration with colleagues.

Scotpeak normally offer teambuilding experiences in the Cairngorm National Park and The Lake District, hotel based.

Itinerary: Day One

Meet at 8 am discuss the day's activities.

Morning activity

Lunch

Afternoon activity

Dinner

Late evening reflection walk.

Day Two

Groups are given an objective and each member is given a task.

During the day the group is reorganised allowing each person to experience all tasks.

Review and reflection sessions

Outcomes.

The core activities are based outdoors and they may include forest walks, hillwalking, wild camping, navigation in the day and in the night, rock climbing, abseiling and other general outdoor activities.
